The space
A private entrance leads straight into a modern, bright and thoughtfully furnished living area. Designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive, it features a comfortable sofa, TV, wardrobe, decorative plants, a small fresco and carefully chosen furnishings that give the space its welcoming, distinctive character.
The open-plan kitchen blends naturally into the living area and has everything you need to cook at your leisure: a hob, oven, fridge, utensils, kitchen accessories and seasonings. A modern island with stools creates a sociable spot for breakfast or a meal in a cosy, contemporary setting. You’ll also find a coffee machine with capsules to get your day off to a good start.
The living area opens onto a lovely private terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors or simply enjoying the peace and views over Udine’s rooftops.
The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed for a restful night, while the modern, beautifully finished bathroom features a spacious glass-enclosed shower, a bidet and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Set within a private courtyard, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat away from traffic noise.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, with complete privacy and the freedom to enjoy your stay at your own pace.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but paid street parking is available just outside.
The central location also makes it easy to explore Udine’s main attractions on foot, from monuments and museums to boutiques and bars.
